overnigh oats i prepared last week.
best thing to do, if you know, you won’t have much time the next morning! that day, i even overslept my alarm clock and had only time to get dressed and grab this and a spoon, to be able to eat it later in the train.
just layers of plain oats, flax seeds, shredded coconut, banana, plain yoghurt, raisins, almonds, hazelnuts, cinnamon and honey, all filled up with milk. shake well afterwards and keep it in the fridge during the night - you will have a ready prepared healthy, filling and delicious breakfast!

baked pizza zucchini: half zucchinis with ready-to-eat garlic bruschetta, cheese and oregano - these were incredibly delicious x)
